Join us for an inspiring day where we will demonstrate a five course menu from around the Med using all of the great produce from around the Peninsula and show you how easy it is to replicate these in your own home.
After the mornings demonstrations we will move to the large dining table and eat each delicious dish with matching wines. The day will start at 10am and conclude around 4pm.
There is a growing awareness of the importance of eating well. With the rapid rise of fast foods and processed foods over the past 50 years many people have forgotten or never learned how to cook proper healthy meals.

Additionally we highlight how easy and economical it can be to grow your own produce and emphasise the importance of eating together. Ultimately we want to bring ‘real’ food back into everyday life.

There are a number of countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea, all of which have their own unique culinary flavours. We are lucky to be situated directly above the Mediterranean Food Company which has been the inspiration for this class.

Although Egyptian food falls under both Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Cooking, it is worth noting that the same dish will taste different in each country of the region and even ingredients will vary.
