If you love a curry, what could be better than learning to make your own, so you can have a homemade feast whenever you want. In this Asian-inspired cooking class we want to help expand your curry repertoire beyond your usual takeaway and encourage you to experiment.
Our Ultimate Day classes are an amazing opportunity to really focus on one ingredient, technique, or cooking style. We want you to leave full of confidence, knowing you’ve got the skills and understanding to keep cooking your own ultimate dishes at home.
This class will introduce you to cooking several different curries from India and beyond. From a hearty biryani to spicy Thai panang, you’ll get to see the different flavour profiles of hot, rich, fresh and sour ingredients in different curry styles.
Complete with some easy flatbreads or fluffy rice, you’ve got a feast that you’ll be dying to share with friends and family for your next curry night.
