Founder Wei Feng is a long time Vegan, food creator who has volunteered within her coastal community for a number of years now, holding cooking classes and catering for her local church.
In 2020 she created her first book called Vegan Easy, which included various recipes to inspire home cooks to create easy, vegan, Asian-fusion recipes. These events inspired Wei to expand her business to include a dumpling shop and services such as Vegan cooking classes and Vegan catering.
Vegan Cooking class is offered by Ragini's Spice. The classes are demonstrated by Ragini, who will not only teach you how to make the dishes, but also dive into spice culture. Due to our focus on seasonality and market availability we only decide the menus a few days ahead of the class.
The course will run instructions through our own recipes. We will discuss how to plan plant-based meals at home and the overriding philosophies, both nutritional and mindful, underpinning Asian traditions of vegan cooking.
