Under the guidance of our chefs, you'll divide up into groups to prepare one of the recipes from the menu, while others in class work on other parts of the menu. And once all the cooking is complete, you'll sit down to enjoy the wonderful meal you created together.

  • Watermelon, Kohlrabi & Endive Salad with Pickled Onion, Mint, Peanut Crunch & Lime Vinaigrette
