Join us in the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class with Chef Vanessa Yeung, owner of Aphrodite Cooks. We will guide you through the technique of making ramen noodles from scratch, along with a basic broth and garnishes that your favourite noodle bar would offer.
Students will learn to make these classic Southern Italian vegan pastas without a pasta roller. Afterwards, Peter will teach a sauce, you’ll get to sample his work and go home with the pasta for two you just made.
In this class, learn the craft of creating fewer dishes, helping you get healthy meals on the table in less time and with minimal clean-up. These meals are dinner party-worthy.
