Learn to make Rome’s favorite street food. A crispy, square pizza that you will be able to make at home and top with your favorite ingredients

In this hands on Class students will learn how to make a Sourdough Starter, the dough, and knead the bread. Afterwards, you will get to taste of the Chefs work and go home with the dough you just made!

Students will learn to make these classic Southern Italian vegan pastas without a pasta roller. Afterwards, Peter will teach a sauce, you’ll get to sample his work and go home with the pasta for two you just made.

You will learn the entire process, you’ll sample their work, & go home with the Mozzarella you just made!

I teach the traditions passed down to me by the Women of my Family. I also share a few Chef’s secrets, but don’t tell anyone. The ingredients, equipment and knowledge are all supplied in a night of fun.
