In this Skills Series class, you’ll have the opportunity to bring two knives (non-serrated) and learn how to sharpen and hone the blades with the effectiveness of a Chef, before preparing a dish showcasing various cutting techniques.

  • Cutting techniques to get the most out of premium produce and well sharpened knives
