Here you will learn to prepare traditional Indian dishes comprising of vegetarian dishes and a meat dish. You will also learn to make fresh roti (chapatti) and Indian rice. This will be followed by a classic Punjabi dessert. You will then enjoy all the food prepared throughout the day with a sit down meal

All ingredients and equipment will be provided on the day. The group will enjoy all the food that has been prepared during the class with a sit down meal. Please feel free to bring your own take home containers, for any food that may be left over, so that you can continue to enjoy the dishes prepared in the comfort of your own homes.
