Microsoft Power Automate is a cloud-based service that makes it practical and simple for line-of-business users to build workflows to automate time-consuming business tasks and processes across applications and services.

This course is designed for students who wish to learn the basic operations of the Microsoft Access database program to perform their day-to-day responsibilities, and who want to use the application to be more productive in their work.

Students will learn to use resources on a typical SharePoint Team Site to access, store, and share information or documents in SharePoint Online for Office 365.

Students will use Adobe Acrobat XI Pro to convert technical documents to PDF files, enhance PDF documents, create interactive PDF forms, and prepare and PDF files for commercial printing.

This course focuses on Illustrator CS6, the component within CS6 used to create “drawn” graphics, while enabling its users to integrate content from other domains (such as photo-oriented graphics and animation, which belong to Photoshop® and Flash®).

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to use Adobe® InDesign® CS6 to create and deliver professional-looking printed and digital documents.

Adobe® Photoshop® CS6: Part 1 focuses on some of the basic features of Photoshop so that the student can navigate the environment and use Photoshop tools to work with photographic images. In addition, the orientation to Adobe Bridge and organization of files in Bridge is covered.

Students will create and edit Excel worksheets and manage workbooks, use formulas and functions, and apply formatting and printing techniques.

Students will design, modify, and manage basic diagrams. You will create a workflow diagram, a network diagram, build organization charts, design a floor plan, and build cross- functional flowcharts.

Students will learn to identify the basic features and functions of PowerPoint 2016. Do things quickly by using the new Tell Me help feature and Smart Lookup. You will develop a presentation and perform advanced text editing, as well as add graphical elements, tables and charts to a presentation.
