Taekwondo training is offered by Global Institute of Self Defense and Martial Arts for all skill levels. It includes fighting through advances kicks known as KYUORGI , Hand blocks & punches practised separately as FORMS known as Poomsae .

Mixture of 7-8 fighting styles taken from world level like Kalah, Krav Maga , Muay Thai ,Mix Martial Arts , Aikido , Judo ,etc along with self-made technique applied in Street fight and research based application. Also theory training about rights, laws for women.

Fighting art of 8 limbs which include strikes from Elbow ,Knee , Punches , kicks and throwing on ground. It is an ancient Martial Art derived From Kalariyapattu. Practiced by warriors where they make body as weapon to save their kingdom.
