Basic Safety Training course is offered by MVVS.

Fire Prevention and Fire-Fighting Refresher course is offered by MVVS. The STCW Fire Prevention and Fire-Fighting Refresher Course (FPFF-R Course) is a one-day course that offers trainees an opportunity to refresh their fire prevention and firefighting skills.

Basic Oil Tanker and Chemical Tanker Operation with Augmentation course is offered by MVVS. The OTCTO Marine Course (Basic Oil Tanker and Chemical Tanker Operation) is a 7-day certification course designed to train officers, ratings, and other ship personnel holding specific duties.

Elementary First Aid course is offered by MVVS. The STCW EFA Course (Elementary First Aid) is a 2.5-day certification course that is part of the mandatory basic safety training for all seafarers who intend to work onboard commercial vehicles.

The STSDSD Course (Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties) is a 2-day certification course that provides the minimum mandatory standard of competence required for seafarers with duties dedicated to the maintenance of ship security.

It comprises a specialized advanced training programme in appropriate seafarer duties relating to oil tanker safety, familiarity with oil cargoes, hazard prevention, occupational health precautions, emergency action, pollution prevention, and compliance with applicable laws.
