The dancer’s foot and shoe essentially act as a drum, and each part of the shoe makes a particular beat and sound. We train our dancers to be versatile and highly recommend tap classes.

Our adult classes are a fantastic way to exercise and meet new friends. With modern music and teaching styles we offer stretching and cardio so you will leave feeling energized and fabulous. If you are a tapper you will love our Thursday tap class.

Open commercial jazz is an advanced class for professional level dancers.  Weekly combos are taught by different choreographers at a fast pace.  A great class for dancers at a pre professional level or for those who are home between contracts. 

Hip Hop is an essential style of the modern dance world. Our instructors are authentic and world class in this genre. Junior and senior classes are available to all aspiring dancers.

Junior and senior level contemporary classes are offered to all students. With a strong focus on ballet and lyrical techniques, our contemporary classes provide students with an understanding of how diverse this style can be.

Our program has a fantastic range of classes for those wanting to head towards a career in the performing arts.

Senior Musical Theatre Lessons are offered by Sheridan's Studio 1. Musical theatre classes are a combination of dancing, singing and acting.  Students are taught a variety of musical theatre from old Broadway to the most current musicals of today.

Open Stretch and Tech classes are offered by Sheridan's Studio 1. As passionate creatives, our staff work as a team to inspire and educate our students with pertinent teaching methods and discipline that will take them far beyond their dancing years.
