English as a Second Language classes are offered to adults at beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. Conversation, pronunciation, reading, writing, and grammar are taught in a combined skills core class with special emphasis on the skills for survival English and employment-related English.

CNC machines are radically changing the future of manufacturing. CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Technicians use computerized mills, lathes, grinders and drill presses to produce the complex, 3-D structures needed across industry.

The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) Degree in Hospitality Management at South Seattle College prepares those students who have completed a two-year technical degree or approved associate’s degree with a broad skill set of competencies in the hospitality industry.
