COURSES OFFERED BY GEELONG DANCE MOVEMENT

Our Acro classes follow the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus, whose program is based on safe and effective progress.

Ballet is the basis of all dance forms, it is a beautiful and highly technical art. Students learn the beauty and elegance of the classical technique in a positive and nurturing environment. For our younger students, we also offer a READY SET DANCE classes ( students between 1-5 years).

A fast and dynamic class in line with the current hip hop styles seen in the movies. Lots of fun for dancers of all levels. It’s a high-energy fast paced class, where students learn great routines as well as new skills.

Classes are fun and get more challenging as the students progress. We work on routines that are showcased in the concert and regularly in community events.

These classes are designed for the drama kings and queens, and are great for building confidence. It’s all about using your imagination, creativity and getting out of your comfort zone.

Designed for school age students and above, tap dance develops student’s sense of rhythm and musicality as well as being great fun. Starting at a beginner level this is an exciting new challenge for any child.
