Get ready to be inspired as we cook up small plates that are packed with flavor! Mealtime around the Mediterranean is a big part of daily life and small plates are the perfect way to bring people together.

Each hands-on cooking class will feature recipes from my travels throughout Spain and highlight seasonal ingredients and lots of cooking techniques. After reviewing the recipes together, students will divide into teams to work on recipes together.
