Stream Marine Training provides approved training packages for those interested in a career within the renewables industry.

Learners will develop a basic awareness of working at height, focusing on key principles such as: safety considerations, legal obligations, hierarchy of control measures, reporting procedures for defective equipment and much more. 

This course provides teaching that will help delegates theory development on STCW Proficiency in Maritime Security Awareness. This course ensures that delegates will leave with the knowledge, understanding and proficiency requirements that are set out in the STCW code.

This course covers the responsibility for the assembly, dismantling, moving, alteration and inspection of mobile scaffold towers.

STCW requires all seafarers to receive familiarization and basic safety training or instruction in accordance with section A-VI/1 of the STCW Code. The minimum requirements for familiarization and basic safety training are contained within the Basic Safety Training Week (BSTW).

STCW Advanced Firefighting course is for those with command responsibilities in firefighting on board a ship.

The aim of this Module is to encourage positive Manual Handling and ergonomic behaviour, encourage delegates to consider alternatives to manual handling through planning and to train delegates ability to perform Manual Handling tasks in a safe manner in the wind turbine industry/environment.

The STCW 2010 BASIC Training in Oil & Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations aims to provide seafarers with the essential knowledge and practical training in tanker cargo operations.
