This Working At Heights course offers practical knowledge required for safely working at heights. Students will participate in hands-on equipment and setup exercises, and address safe practices and procedures as specified in Regulations by the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario.

This Safe Driving Course will guide you through all aspects of safe driving, from basic driver safety and vehicle safety to hazards and controls.

We can accommodate both individual and group training, at our training facility in Stoney Creek or at your facility. We take safety training seriously and cover a range of topics while keeping training efficient to minimize the time your employees spend away from work.

This is a customized Keen and Associates training program (4 hours theory or 6 hours theory and practical) that outlines the basic requirements needed to evaluate a spill and make the appropriate decisions in a timely manner.

The Fire Warden Training program outlines the requirements needed to perform the duties of a Fire Warden under the Ontario Fire Code. It includes information on the responsibilities of the Employer, Supervisor and Employees under the Code.

This course covers what Asbestos is, Where it is used, the different types, Hazards associated with it, Roles and responsibilities, and Personal Protective Equipment required as well as the different types of work that can be conducted with asbestos present.

Training in Awareness, Entry, Non-Contact Rescue, and Entry Rescue. We have a wide variety of equipment that allows for hands-on training in inspection and use.

This 7 hr program involves classroom and hands-on use of a mobile elevating work platform (MEWP). The classroom portion covers the CSA standard and applicable sections of  Ontario Reg 213/91. Where possible, workplace-specific equipment will be covered.
