Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to understand the principles of operating a skid steer, workers’ duties and responsibilities and the procedures used to maximize safety on site. This program is intended for novice and experienced skid steer operators.

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to understand legislation related to scaffold work, recognize types of scaffolds and the possible risks involved and understand how to control hazards.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to demonstrate knowledge of vehicle traffic hazards, establish effective procedures, and identify control options.

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to identify different types of lifts, the hazards involved and the legal obligations when operating a lift. This program is intended for novice or experienced elevated work platform operators.

Trainees will be taught to use hand and power tools such as floats and screeds.
