A “Confined Space” is Large enough for full bodily entry and Not designed for continuous human occupancy. Class participants will learn how to identify these spaces, and what controls must be implemented prior to entry including Training Requirements.

This course teaches skills with the American Heart Association’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills.

Hazards involving excavations and trenches, can lead to serious incidents involving workers at construction sites. Workers can be critically injured or die in cave-ins. Many cave-ins occur on small jobs of short duration, such as water, gas, electrical and sewer line connections.

Fall Protection training is designed to familiarize workers with the dangers of fall hazards, as well as the proper adornment, use, care, and maintenance of fall protection equipment. With falls being the leading cause of death in construction.

This is a basic training in the area of flagger training. It has been designed for someone learning the first steps in performing flagger duties. This training would be useful as a refresher course for all employees involved with work zone traffic control where flaggers are utilized.
