This program is for workers who will operate powered lift trucks (Classes 1 to 5) and consists of three distinct components: formal classroom learning; a supervised practical hands-on component with the specific lift truck the worker will use; and a follow-up evaluation.
This program explores the basics of how work can damage the musculoskeletal system. Equally important, participants learn about ergonomic solutions designed to eliminate or reduce work factors responsible for the development of musculoskeletal pain and disorders (MSDs).

Understanding and balancing our conflict style biases
The objectives of this course are to enable the student to properly identify, maintain, select and use most common hand tools and power tools (e.g. handsaws, hand planes, drills, routers).
This course introduces the role of the communication process in everyday business and in the field of interpreting.
Basic skills will be reinforced through assorted drills and exercises.
This course is an introduction of grammatical structures with emphasis on vocabulary and comprehension skills.
