Our school age classes run every evening and on Saturday mornings. All the children not only get to learn and improve their gymnastics skills such as cartwheels and handstands they also get to work on all our specialist gymnastics apparatus
We have General Gymnastics classes after school and weekend mornings. Children are grouped based on age & learn age appropriate skills on each piece of apparatus with progressive learning in mind.
Gymnasts in this class train for approx. 12 hour a week and perform to a much higher level of skills on all 4 pieces of apparatus to enhance co-ordination, balance, body awareness and helps to develop posture, flexibility and strength.
