Pilates Course is Offered by Y Club Manchester.
The Y club currently has training sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We have coaching sessions open to anybody who can play, helping to develop the many techniques for shooting, passing, dribbling and rebounding. We also have 3 team training sessions per week.

Judo Course is Offered by Y Club Manchester. Judo is a competitive sport where the objective is to take down the opponent to the ground and immobilize them with a pin or joint lock. Judo is great for improving balance and coordination.
Kettlebells are a great way to get an effective whole body functional workout in a relatively short period of time
The hall is also used for various other sporting activities including 5-a-side, wrestling and circuit training as well as Junior Y and team building events. At the top of the sports hall we also have a 100m running track.
