Microsoft Excel introduces spreadsheet terminology and Excel’s window components. Students will learn how to use the Help system and navigate worksheets and workbooks. Then they will enter and edit text, values, formulas, pictures and they will save workbooks in various formats.

ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) provides a framework of Best Practice guidance for IT Service Management. ITIL is the most widely adopted methodology for IT Service Management in the world. It provides a practical, framework for identifying, planning, delivering and supporting IT services.

This course is a combination of Linux Fundamentals and Linux Intermediate. Linux training is beneficial for anyone responsible for providing basic installation, operation and troubleshooting services on Linux workstations and servers.

The course prepares for CompTIA A+ Certification Exams 220-1001 and 220-1002. Students will learn how to support PC hardware in a business setting, including installation, troubleshooting of internal system components, operating systems, and networks.

CompTIA Cloud+ (Exam CV0-002) provides skills toward cloud-based infrastructure services along with cloud configurations and deployment, management, security, maintenance and troubleshooting.
