Dance Dimensions offers a total of 14 courses.
Class consists of barre and center work to strengthen and prepare for possible routine construction. This class will be offered at the teacher’s discretion. A full season ballet class & a ballet technique class is also required.
The focus of this class is on strength and flexibility, turning and turn-out and general body technique.
Class includes the basics in tumbling such as somersaults, Cartwheels, balancing tricks and other floor work. No apparatus will be used. Students wear bare feet for class although some footwear may be required for recital
Class consists of Cardio, Stretching & Core strength. Ideal for dancers who want to add to their training each week in a class that focuses on the mind & body.
