COURSES OFFERED BY LIMPOPO CHEFS ACADEMY

A qualification in culinary arts is for anyone interested in working in food preparation, especially people aiming for a supervisory or managerial role.

This qualification has been developed to provide aspiring pastry chefs with an introduction to the hospitality industry, elements of health, safety and nutrition and the preparation, cooking and finishing of dishes using a range of different cookery methods.

The course is designed according to our 3 year City & Guilds courses, with advanced subjects and extended external practical’s included to ensure that we produce well rounded, passionate and creative chefs with strong management skills.
