In this workshop, participants will learn how cooking meals can be fun and easy through an interactive, team approach. Participants will work on meal preparation with the assistance and guidance of a certified chef to create a take home meal.

Explore the features and advantages of modern digital cameras, while learning the basic principles of photography. Learn how to control your camera and capture the images you have always imagined. No prior knowledge of photography is required to take this course.

Employers must ensure workers on construction projects complete a working at heights training program approved by the Ontario Ministry of Labour before a worker uses a fall restricting system, fall arrest system, safety net, work belt or safety belt.

Participants discuss the hazards associated with overhead cranes, hoists and the rigging of loads. Relevant legislation will be explored along with the practical methods for recognizing and assessing these hazards.

This training program reviews key elements of an effective health and safety program and the important role of workers, supervisors, employers and health and safety representatives.

This informative one-day program is designed to help supervisors understand and fulfill all of their legal duties and responsibilities including the consequences of noncompliance.

This program is for workers who will operate powered lift trucks (Classes 1 to 5) and consists of three distinct components: formal classroom learning; a supervised practical hands-on component with the specific lift truck the worker will use; and a follow-up evaluation.
