Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
We offer the Occupational First Aid Level 1 course in accordance with WorkSafeBC. The course will take eight hours and will cover a number of topics which include CPR and automated external defibrillator training.

This standard first aid program teaches the skills necessary to manage medical emergencies and render life-saving care until professional help arrives. This advanced course is highly interactive, with a strong emphasis on practical applications.
