This Working At Heights course offers practical knowledge required for safely working at heights. Students will participate in hands-on equipment and setup exercises, and address safe practices and procedures as specified in Regulations by the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario.

Professional trainers will lead this 4-day "hands-on" course that is designed for personnel that work at height and may be required to respond as a component of the Emergency Response Plan.

Our Workplace Safety Training programs have been developed to ensure the content is aligned with all current regulatory standards for the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OSHA), the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

This approved training course is divided into two parts. The theory modules introduce working at heights hazards, methods to control them and the basics of fall protection.

he training requirement is for workers on construction projects who use any of the following methods of fall protection: travel restraint systems, fall restricting systems, fall arrest systems, safety nets, work belts and/or safety belts.

This 3.5 -hour program is designed for all managers, supervisors, workers and maintenance staff. An idea class size is up to 15 participants

Working at heights training is valid for three (3) years from the date of successful completion of an approved program.
