This course is essential for building maintenance personnel, including plumbers and electricians, demolition contractors and any other trades that could come into contact with ACMs (Asbestos Containing Material) as part of their work.
The NEBOSH National General Certificate is aimed at managers, supervisors and staff from all types of organisations who need a broad understanding of health and safety issues, with the knowledge gained on the course helping them to manage risks effectively.
The course covers everything you need to know to become a qualified First Aider. The course covers a wide range of emergency first aid situations, enabling the candidate to assess and deal with an emergency not only promptly and confidently, but also in a safe way.
The Working at Height Awareness course covers essential information on managing and carrying out work at height, including the selection of appropriate access equipment, the hierarchy of risk controls, identification of danger areas and rescue requirements.
The training will also include information on scaffolding competency and safe erection techniques. Delegates will be provided with a copy of the TG20:21 User Guide.
Managing safely is for managers in any sector, and any organisation. It’s designed to get managers up to speed on the practical actions they need to take to handle health and safety in their teams. Managers will learn what they need to know to manage the risks that their teams face.
