Basic Pasta Making is offered by Burna's Italian.An intimate, hands-on, and true Italian cooking experience. We love pasta! The tradition still practiced in Italy with amazing sauces is awaiting you.

Dishes prepared during the lesson are left for you and your family to enjoy, giving you the opportunity to see and taste the meals you can expect.

In the Motherdough U pasta course we will make an egg pasta, and a sourdough pasta dough using Motherdough discard. We will use these doughs to produce tagliatelle, pappardelle, and stuffed cappelletti. 

There is nothing more tasty and enjoyable than home-made pasta, once you have tried this, you will never go back to store-bought pasta. It really is great and you can involve the kids at home too with rolling and shaping. Along with some phenomenal Italian dishes – this is the class to do.
