Expand on your basic bread baking skills. Learning about cultures and baking and shaping bread without yeast! The little bit of Dutch we add makes all the difference for food that is deeply satisfying to body and soul.

A thorough 2 hour class on how to make those real meat kroketten. No veggies included, just real meat. Enjoy the fruits of your labour at the end of the class–served with mustard or mayonnaise!

An intense cake class where you will walk away with the knowledge of building a cake, plus two completed decorated ones! This is a 3 hour long class, where you will need your focus right to the very end.

Sourdough – Please bring a jar or container that will hold at least 2 cups, participants will learn how to make their own starter.
