Yoga is an ancient practice that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Each class will be themed, focusing on improving a different aspect of your body or mind every time you walk through the door.
Pilates is an exercise programme which effectively stretches, strengthens and balances the body. More than that, it is an awareness of the way we use our bodies. It is based on the basic principles of concentration, centring, control, precision, coordination, breathing and flowing movements.
Sequence Dancing is a style whereby dances are performed in sequence with other couples.
The Argentine Tango is the most famous style of Tango that originated in the streets of Buenos Aires, characterized by its passionate hold and complex leg and foot movements, it takes minutes to learn and a lifetime to master.
The dance can include a Waltz, a Swing, a Foxtrot, a Tango, a Jive, or something else you may have seen! Our fun, welcoming and qualified teachers choreograph whatever you have in mind.
