This is one of our most popular courses offering fast, seasonal and easy to make food. The dishes we cook will use the best of what's in season, with an emphasis on local ingredients which we source from our local suppliers Eades and Castle Farm, as well as produce from our own garden.

The course will be a mixture of demonstration and hands on with tips, tasting and the chance to ask questions. We will sit at our dining table for lunch and enjoy the cheeses with seasonal salads and sourdough bread.
