This class focuses primarily on strength, flexibility and conditioning technique as well as progressions including turns, kicks and leaps. Dancer's will also learn footwork combinations, and will be introduced to small jumps and floor work.

BOY, do we have a class for you!!! Calling all boys, join us for the ultimate hip-hop experience where we will teach you all of the basics and fundamentals of hip-hop! Get ready to move and groove in this jam-packed, street styled, BOYS ONLY dance class. 

The ONLY studio in the city to offer contemporary classes for kids! If your child loves the style of ballet and the freedom of jazz, this class is for them! Contemporary combines both jazz and ballet to bring you a dance form that is super unique, fun and expressive! 

This class follows a traditional ballet class format, starting at the barre focusing on posture and alignment, continuing with stretching and strengthening exercises. Center movement and traveling steps are added as the class progresses. No former training is required.

SMALLS Hip-Hop is designed to teach your dancer with a wide variety of different hip-hop styles such as old school, commercial, street styles and more!

Calling ALL boys, (girls are also welcome.) If you love hip-hop and want to take your dancing to the next level, join us for this high-energy, non-stop, action packed breakdancing class. We’ll be teaching your #SMALLS all the tricks and have them movin’ and groovin’ in no time at all.

Many people have “mixed feelings” when it comes to working out, which is why we’ve taken our time to create one-of-a-kind, unique and trendy fitness classes that will not only deliver results but will getcha’ having some fun while doing it!

All classes are choreo based, meaning you will be learning a short routine in each class. Routines are changing weekly so, if we’re teaching a routine to your jam, getcha’ ass up and come #SweatWithUs. Classes ranging from into/beginner levelled to industry professional/advanced.

This program is geared towards both children and young adults of all movement abilities. Industry Movers will focus on the positive reinforcement of rhythm and therapeutic movement for clients at all levels of development and physical abilities.
