This session will covers the description of the basic causes of incidents in the workplace, reporting these incidents, preparation of an investigation kit, Identify the members of an investigation team, Follow a systematic investigation process, Identify the root cause of an incident.

Learners are provided with the theoretical information and practical skills necessary to initiate and apply first aid treatment in the workplace or home environment. Learners obtain the basic first aid effectiveness.
