Shotokan Karate Course is Offered by Mike's Martial Arts & Fitness Studio.
This is a fun and dynamic course in grappling. It develops a high level of physical fitness as well as technical skill in ground fighting, takedowns, locks, holds, chokes and self defense.Â
Calisthenics  is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups (gross motor movements), such as running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises.
Through this course, students have the opportunity to push their skills, techniques and confidence to a new level in a fun, dynamic way.
