This exclusive experience is the perfect gift for the gourmand in your life. The adventure starts with a private cooking class with Chef Chris Velden.

Some of our specialty classes have included chocolate making, beer & wine menu pairing, bread making, musical guest “chefs” and mead making. These classes may include a hands-on component and always have something delicious to eat, although a full meal might not be included.

You simply show up and enjoy the class! Choose a Demo class where Chef Chris Velden prepares the menu or a Hands-on class where you work together to prepare the feast. Both class options include a full meal (4 courses) and copies of the recipes to take home.
