COURSES OFFERED BY TRAIN AID

Basic Life Support Training is offered by Train Aid. The Level One Basic Life Support Course addresses the most common emergencies that a first aider may face. The course meets the latest guidelines from the UK resuscitation council - covering the practical elements of First Aid.

The one day Level 3 Emergency First Aid At Work course is nationally recognised and meets the requirements outlined by the HSE. The course teaches real lifesaving skills that can be used in and out of the workplace. 

The Level 4 IQA course is designed for those responsible for monitoring the quality of other assessors' delivery and decision making. This could be in a school/college or a private training organisation. 

Online Fire Safety (Level 1) introduces the concept of fire safety awareness within the workplace. It looks at the role of the fire warden and the main causes of workplace fires. Leading on to how they can be prevented and the action that should be taken on the discovery of a fire.

Online Food Safety (Level 1) looks at safe practices within a food handling business. Focusing on identifying known dangers and implementing control measures to ensure safety for all. This can help raise staff awareness, and lead to a cleaner & healthier working environment.

Online manual handling looks at the potential injuries and ill health associated with incorrect lifting technique. Exploring the role of risk assessments, control measures and safe manual handling practices.
