The Certificate in Client Service Excellence is designed to prepare you for the challenge. After the core courses and one elective, you will be equipped to deliver excellent client service and to promote and support a culture of client service excellence in your organization.

In this course, managers will explore how to align budgets with an operational or strategic plan.  Managers will gain insights on how budget analysis reveals opportunities and pressures, including the telltale warning signs when budgets may be off track and how variances can be managed.

This 30-hour course is offered online as a self-directed reading course on clinical supervision. Your registration will provide you with access to the course content for 4 months through an online learning platform. You make your way through the course content on your own time.

This course will enhance your understanding of best practices in managing complex anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions investigations.
