Figurative Sculpture course is offered by Chiswick Art School.

“The sessions are always full of unexpected connections, parallels and interesting discoveries. It is challenging, fulfilling, exciting and all absorbing. It is my favourite time of the week.

Throwing (working on the pottery wheel) is not only a practical skill requiring full concentration but also a meditative process which activates the feel-good system in your brain. This is a skill anyone can learn through practice and good tuition. 

Students who have done this exercise in the past may want to bring different colours i.e. cadmium yellow deep and ivory black.
