Level 2 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) courses will help you understand and use a defibrillator in an emergency situation. It will also teach you to deal with resuscitation and choking procedures.

Manual Handling training is offered by London’s Insight First Aid Training for all skill level.  We are based in Central London and provide training programmes across East & West London including Hammersmith, Mayfair and Soho.
