COURSES OFFERED BY MPTT

This course trains employees in basic scaffold awareness. It deals with traditional tube and fitting scaffolds to the current best practice in the UK, but not system scaffolds.

This course gives delegates a comprehensive awareness of the dangers of asbestos. It is approved by the the UK Asbestos Training Association (UKATA).

This PASMA course combines the Towers for Users training course with training on low level access units. PASMA training is the best known and most recognised qualification for the safe assembly and dismantling of aluminium scaffold towers.

This course covers all aspects of the use of harnesses in working at height applications. It enables delegates to select and use harnesses correctly. If a delegate has an IPAF licence this qualification can be added to their digital licence.

The Telescopic Handler course will give you foundation training and assessment in operating and maintaining telescopic handlers through a combination of classroom based learning and practical instruction.

A slinger Signaller will be the designated individual who will be working alongside the machine operator responsible for lifting loads, for example a crane operator.

The N405 - Crane Supervisor course will enable delegates to undertake the duties of a crane supervisor as defined by the appointed person.

The A59 Excavator (above or below 10 tonnes) course is delivered through a combination of classroom-based tutorials and practical training.

The N401 Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) course will give you an understanding of the appointed person’s responsibilities and how to fulfil them.

The Ride on Roller course is delivered through a combination of classroom-based learning and practical training.
