Professionalism and communication

This is a professional apprenticeship aimed at aspiring or existing team leaders who may already have gained practical experience but wish to further develop their theoretical understanding of management skills.

Early Years Educators, and other job roles such as nursery nurse and childminders, are highly trained professionals who play a key role in ensuring that young children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe.

Bricklayers lay bricks, blocks and other types of building components in mortar to construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, arches and other structures eg chimney stacks.

This qualification is ideal for those looking to develop their skills within Customer Service, whether they are new employees who want to learn and progress or existing employees who are looking to retrain or upskill.

From prosecuting criminal offenders to remedying civil disputes, our legal system is a complex, ever-changing cornerstone of the society we live in. Laws govern almost every part of our lives, and this course provides a great introduction into some important legal rules and principles. 

Psychology is applied to almost all aspects of life and is key to understanding human  behaviour. You will learn the skills needed to decode human behaviour, develop an understanding of the different areas of psychology and explore topical issues.

The WJEC Level 3 Applied Diploma in Criminology is a qualification with elements of psychology, law and sociology that complements studies in humanities.
