For FRS Watch Managers or above to develop their skills to lead, manage, cooperate and support an incident as an Operational Tactical Commander.

To produce a qualified Trainer for Breathing Apparatus Training and Assessment to undertake BA assessments within the Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service.

On successful completion of the course, the Delegate will be= able to perform all aspects of the MOC/MOS training and workplace assessments on station. Be able to perform as a Competent crew member during SWAH Incidents when Operational.
