This exciting and practical course covers a range of digital technology concepts, and shows you how to fully utilise software applications such as spreadsheets, databases, image editing and project management tools.

This great programme teaches the fundamentals of small business in New Zealand. Students learn how to identify a business opportunities, assess its viability, and work with others to maximise the business’s potential.

The course covers health and safety legislation and the License Controller Qualification (LCQ). Class trips to restaurants, hotels and food festivals to see new trends in the industry are included.

This course builds upon existing skills and knowledge in hospitality and helps students to ‘think like a manager’. People are at the heart of the Hospitality industry, and students will learn not only how to manage staff, but also how to provide amazing experiences for their guests.

This diploma-level course provides a broad overview of the NZ tourism industry. Emphasis is placed on developing strong business and workplace management, as well as communication skills, allowing graduates to become leaders of the industry.

 Graduates of the Mental Health and Addiction Support strand will also be able to apply mental health and/or addiction tools and strategies when working alongside tangata, family and/or whanau to support autonomy, foster hope, and develop resilience.
