This is an introductory course who anyone who wants to explore specialty coffee in depth. Join us for a 4-day program of SCA foundation courses, covering Barista Skills, Brewing Skills, Sensory Skills & Roasting Skills. 

This course focuses on the key skills required to set a grinder, make espresso and foam, and texture milk for cappuccinos.

The course introduces the learner to the different methods of brewing coffee.

This course takes learners through the fundamentals of the roasting process, and how a roaster can control it.

SCA Sensory Foundation allows student to taste and gain valuable understanding of the differences between specialty vs non- specialty coffee.
