Our two day class will give us the time needed to make our very own sour dough loaves, croissants and bagels to name just a few of the treats in store for you on this course designed for those who love bread!

We will make a variety of traybakes to treat your friends and family. The menu covers Raspberry and Orange Traybake,  Chocolate Fudge Traybake, Fruitcake Traybake and a Squidgy Lemon Shortcake. Each demonstrates a different style of traybake and can be easily adapted to get creative at home.

We’ll be bringing the last of the sunshine into the kitchen to learn some new ideas to enjoy as the days get shorter.

Our Preschool classes can be booked for groups of friends on a date to suit you.

 This class is truly one for those of you with a sweet tooth!
