COURSES OFFERED BY FOODIE KIDS

In this series we will learn everything you need to know to be an expert pastry chef that can whip up the most delicious desserts. For cakes we will start with learning the basics of baking, stacking, and crumb coating and then move on to more advanced traditional and modern decorating techniques.

Every week these little chefs will be making 2 fun and creative recipes (savory & sweet) using seasonal ingredients. They will learn beginner safety knife skills, different plating techniques, the basics of cooking, and the science behind why it works.

Campers will learn the fundamentals of cake decorating and then move on to more advanced techniques.

From Kerbey Lane cinnamon roll pancakes to classic breakfast tacos to mini Via 313 pizzas, this is sure to be a tasty class!
