You'll measure extraction with a refractometer, gain a mastery of espresso variables, and learn how to pour latte art. This course culminates in a written and practical exam.

You'll design espresso recipes to hit extraction targets, demonstrate advanced latte art skills, manage workflow and efficiency, utilize water testing tools, and develop your own espresso blend.

You'll gain hands-on experience on the espresso machine, industry knowledge from a veteran barista, and connections to the local coffee community.
