For this class we will focus on preparing Argentinian empanadas from scratch, starting with making the dough and traditional filling for savory empanadas. Together we will make the dough and filling for the traditional beef empanada which includes red bell pepper, tomatoes, black olives and eggs.

In this class, you will learn how to make 2 different types of authentic Mexican enchiladas. We will begin by making our own chile sauce for traditional cheese & onion red enchiladas.

Transport yourself to your favorite Caribbean island as we prepare succulent shrimp with a curry coconut sauce. You will also learn how to make perfect Panamanian-style rice and the best garlicky kale you'll ever have.
