Food Handling Training - suitable for all front of house staff. This Twist Training 4 hour course covers all the basic legislation to ensure your staff are compliant and in line with Environmental Health guidelines.

Every kitchen must comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.  This course is aimed at managers, and kitchen staff that are looking after the paperwork and day-to-day management of the kitchen.

A one day course suitable for “Appointed Persons” under the Health and Safety Regulations. To be renewed every 3 years. 

Make it part of your companies induction proceedures (prices start from £150) or if the risk is a little higher we'll bring a trainer to your premises for a half day course covering all the basics and legal requirements. We ensure the training is interactive and fun on a potentially dry topic!

Fire Awareness training is offered by Twist for all skill level. This can be carried out with or without the use of fire extinguishers. We believe that training courses should be memorable for all the right reasons!
